Playroom pillow do-over

December 13, 2010 by Erin Heaton

One of the pillows I made for the playroom just wasn’t sitting right with me. I used the pink honeycomb fabric on both sides and I thinkĀ it was just too much tiny print.

I had some of the synthetic fleecy-type material leftover from Elise’s Halloween costume. So I ripped the pillow apart (and felt a little stupid doing so). Then I cut a piece of the fleece to size and reassembled the pillow, one side honeycomb and one side fleece.

I don’t like making extra work for myself, but it was going to bug me until it was fixed. I love it now! And the chenille fleece is so soft (like a stuffed animal!). Elise is going to love it too.
